01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SuperAce2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and SuperAce2 ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the SuperAce2 website, mobile platform, and all related gaming services available at superace2.best.
By accessing or using the SuperAce2 platform in any way — whether browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the SuperAce2 platform immediately and close your account.
These Terms apply to all forms of gaming and wagering activity on the SuperAce2 platform, including but not limited to online slots, jackpot slots, live roulette, sports betting, esports betting, virtual sports, and betting odds markets. They apply equally to all players, regardless of their location within the Philippines.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification
To use the SuperAce2 platform, you must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and where SuperAce2 holds the appropriate license to operate.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
SuperAce2 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable forms of ID include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or any government-issued photo ID with birthdate visible.
Warning: Allowing underage individuals to use your SuperAce2 account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. If you suspect underage gambling, report it to us immediately.
SuperAce2 will not be held liable for any losses incurred by players who have misrepresented their age or eligibility. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited.
03 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) SuperAce2 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering for a SuperAce2 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. SuperAce2 is not responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SuperAce2 username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even SuperAce2 customer support staff. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@superace2.best. SuperAce2 will not be held liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials where the breach originated from the player's side.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
SuperAce2 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of our KYC process, we may require players to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before approving withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
SuperAce2 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Transactions below these thresholds will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger enhanced verification procedures in line with our AML policy.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
SuperAce2 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day depending on your financial institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Winnings may only be withdrawn to payment methods that belong to the verified account holder. Third-party transfers are not permitted. Players must have completed at least one (1) full wagering cycle of their initial deposit before the first withdrawal request is processed. All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
SuperAce2 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with GCash, Maya, or your bank for applicable charges.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Rules
SuperAce2 regularly offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at SuperAce2 are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
SuperAce2 reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonuses if we detect or suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing bets that artificially reduce the risk of the wagering requirement (bonus hedging), coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, or any form of exploitation of technical errors or platform glitches.
5.4 Changes to Promotions
SuperAce2 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to your account and are being actively wagered will not be revoked retroactively unless bonus abuse is suspected.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the SuperAce2 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are completely random and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify their fairness and integrity.
Live dealer games operate in real-time with physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) monitored by trained dealers and camera systems. Results from live dealer games are final once the round concludes. SuperAce2 does not interfere with live game outcomes under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including disconnection, server errors, or display issues — SuperAce2 will use its best efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will typically be returned to the player's account. SuperAce2's decision on technical fault matters is final.
Sports betting and esports betting markets are subject to separate market rules, which are available on the respective betting pages. Settlement of sports bets follows official results as confirmed by recognized governing bodies. SuperAce2 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or where the integrity of an event is compromised.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SuperAce2 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account per person or household
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
- Using the platform for any money laundering or financial fraud activities
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds
- Exploiting technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the SuperAce2 platform
- Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
- Allowing another person to use your SuperAce2 account
- Using funds obtained from illegal sources for deposits
SuperAce2 actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If any prohibited activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend your account without prior notice and withhold all balances pending investigation.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
SuperAce2 may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory or legal requirements, or at your request (voluntary self-exclusion).
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, your balance will be returned via your registered payment method. If a violation is confirmed, SuperAce2 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support@superace2.best. SuperAce2 supports responsible gaming and will process self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be lifted for a minimum of six (6) months.
09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the SuperAce2 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game software, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of SuperAce2 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the SuperAce2 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works based on any SuperAce2 content without prior written consent from SuperAce2.
11 Limitation of Liability
SuperAce2 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues. SuperAce2 will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays outside of our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, SuperAce2's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. SuperAce2 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
SuperAce2 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the SuperAce2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
13 Amendments to These Terms
SuperAce2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the SuperAce2 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
